Playland Arcade Now At Rosedale Center
New Arcade At Rosedale Center
In September, Playland Arcade opened at Rosedale Center in Roseville, Minnesota. This is Playland’s 5th Twin Cities location. Arcade enthusiasts can already enjoy Playland Arcade at the Minnesota State Fair and at 3 other malls in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area: Eden Prairie Center, Northtown Mall, and Burnsville Center.
Rosedale Center recently completed a multimillion-dollar renovation and expansion. The mall now boasts contemporary finishes, modern storefronts, new specialty retailers, and a new parking deck. Playland Arcade is in a renovated hair salon space that is down the hall from the newly opened SeaQuest Aquarium. Games include a Jurassic Park, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, a giant Space Invaders Frenzy, air hockey, a variety of prizes cranes, and more. The arcade conveniently operates on a cashless kiosk system manufactured by Embed, a global leader in kiosk technology for arcades.
Playland’s History
The very first Playland is located at the Minnesota State Fair and has been operating seasonally since the 1950’s. In 2017, Lieberman Companies opened the first year-round Playland Arcade at Eden Prairie Center. Arcades at Northtown Mall and Burnsville Center soon followed.
The American Amusement Arcades division of Lieberman Companies operates all 5 Playland Arcades. Each of our locations has a variety of games and prize merchandisers that is fun for any age and customized for the mall audience. Prizes are changed frequently and often correspond with new movie releases or seasonal themes such as holidays or the sports in season. American Amusement Arcades also operates games in over 200 locations throughout the Twin Cities Metro area. We have a deep history and expertise in the business – we know games and we know fun!
