NOT JUST CARDS

As we reported from the 2017 ATMIA conference in Orlando, Florida, using a cell phone to get cash from an ATM is coming fast, led by the major banks. Just over a month after ATMIA, Wells Fargo announced it will be updating all of their 13,000 ATMs to allow customers to do just that.

We still believe it will take 2-3 years to make this service popular in non-bank ATMs. We will keep you posted. In the meantime, if you are a Wells Fargo customer, give the service a try.
